How to Cook Soft Whole Wheat Roti

Ingredients:
  • 2 cups Shahnai Chakki Atta
  • 1/2 tsp salt (optional)
  • Water (as needed)
Instructions:

Step 1: In a large bowl, mix Shahnai Chakki Atta and salt.

Step 2: Gradually add water, a little at a time, and knead into a smooth dough.

Step 3: Cover and let the dough rest for 30 minutes to ensure softness.
